Custom Proof Design Storage

When you request or save a custom proof, we may temporarily store your proof metadata, approved cropped source image, generated mosaic preview, crop settings, selected format, and design settings so we can review and reproduce the proof request.

• We store this proof design data only after you request or save a proof and agree to temporary design storage.
• We do not submit raw images through Netlify Forms. Forms receive proof metadata and the saved project identifier only.
• We do not store the full original image by default; B2 stores the approved cropped source image and mosaic preview needed for review.
• Proof design data is intended to be retained for 30 days unless the request becomes an active order, proof conversation, or support conversation.
• You may request deletion through the contact form or by emailing us using the contact details below.
